Volume discounts, applied automatically

There is nothing to pick. Your rate follows your sign-days for the month, per organization.

Sign-day rates by monthly volume
Sign-days per monthRate
1–250$15 / sign-day
251–1,000$12 / sign-day
1,001+$10 / sign-day

Each band prices separately — no cliffs. Crossing a threshold never re-prices the sign-days below it.

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about how DisplaySync bills.

A sign counts for one sign-day when it is linked to an event and comes online at any point during that day. Days run in the event’s time zone, so a show that runs past midnight UTC is still one day. A sign that is powered off doesn’t count, even while it stays linked — and setup and teardown days do count if the sign is online. Twenty signs across a three-day build-and-show is 60 sign-days.

Every organization’s first 15 sign-days are free, with no credit card — they’re there for testing and demos. That’s five signs for three days, or one sign for two weeks: enough to run a real test, not enough to run a show. When the free sign-days are used up, signs stop until you add a payment method.

Yes — the per-sign-day model is designed to be a line item on event production budgets, easily passed through to clients alongside other AV services.

No. An organization in DisplaySync is a billing account. Create one per budget, team or client, or have producers join the one your agency already runs — whichever matches how you actually pay for shows. Volume discounts are counted per organization per month, so a team that consolidates its events into one organization reaches the lower bands sooner.

Traditional signage platforms are built for permanent installations with scheduled content rotations. DisplaySync is purpose-built for live events — real-time content pushing, rapid setup/teardown, and field team management via mobile app.

Currently, DisplaySync supports webpage URLs — push any web content to your signs. Image, video, playlist, and scheduling support are coming soon.

Email enterprise@displaysync.live and we’ll work out custom rates and invoicing. SSO, white-label branding and multi-organization billing are planned rather than shipped — ask, and we’ll tell you honestly where they stand.
